What makes our craft chocolate special? We care about flavor!

Our chocolate is lively, warm and bright, with a deep chocolate flavor.

We make our artisan bean to bar chocolate in small batches from the highest quality organic cacao beans. We use fine flavor beans which are less than 5% of the beans produced worldwide.

Cacao beans, like wine, have hundreds of flavor notes. A good chocolate maker has to control every detail of the process to bring out the most desirable flavors.

We have worked hard to create unique, exciting, and very enjoyable chocolate with a luxurious mouthfeel.

We have perfected a dairy free truffle bar with an unbelievably rich and creamy chocolate filling – a smooth blend of our craft chocolate and freshly ground raw nut butter.

Handcrafted from start to finish with unrefined ingredients, our truffle bars are a true whole food candy bar.

They are sweetened only with low glycemic coconut sugar, and are much lower in sugar than other available bars.

We do a very gentle low temperature roast. This has been proven to preserve the antioxidants, polyphenols, and minerals, while at the same time reduce tannins, volatile acids, and astringency from the raw beans.

We use only the purest, organic, whole food, unrefined ingredients.

All of our bars are vegan, paleo, soy free, gluten free, sugar alcohol free, and agave free.
